Vaccines are almost here.

The “game-changer” vaccine mentioned by Dr. Anne Zink during a recent interview with the Alaskan Outlaw podcast is supposed to be in Alaska within a matter of weeks, after an insanely rapid development. Supported largely by a national objective “Warp Speed” which provided a platform to base multiply threaded research with the funding necessary to see it quickly through to fruition. Of the expected 53000 doses expected to arrive here in Alaska, just over 35000 of them will be the Pfizer strain, while the remaining (almost) 18000 will be the Moderna manufactured. The State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is working in collaboration with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) to construct the distribution and admission channels throughout the State. The early doses will be designated to the more vulnerable populations, in addition to the first responders throughout the State. The appropriate patients are being identified from a statewide perspective, with the general masses being addressed by the spring of 2021.
The vaccines are already being touted as one of the better solutions, no longer dependent on inactive viruses to initiate the body’s antibodies to know what to attack. These are constructed to address the attack methodology down at the DNA level. Insanely smarter, but ultimately lay the foundation to curing more of these types of attacks from the body’s own DNA structure. This is very impressive stuff. Stay tuned as the vaccines get ready to put this damn virus thing in the ground. Hats off to all the researchers at the labs who struggled through the political pressure to develop this vaccine, and did it without skipping any steps, or cutting any corners. Good stuff right there.
